As a Nursing Assistant based within Ward 3E/F, University Hospital Crosshouse you will be required to work as part of the multidisciplinary team in the delivery of safe, effective and compassionate person centered care.
You must also have the ability to work unsupervised. You must have good verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work as part of a team and a flexible approach are essential. Experience in a healthcare ward environment is essential.
The ability to work under pressure with a high turnover of patients is also essential.
Hours: various (22 hours per week and 28 hours per week are available) - You must be flexible and able to work variable shift patterns to meet the needs of the service.
