To work in a HYBRID unit working within the nursing and multi-professional team to ensure a high standard of care to acutely unwell medical patients AND COVID Patients requiring AGP. Competently perform the necessary technical/invasive/physical aspects of care for this defined patient group. Ensure that patient flow is maintained within a safe environment. You will Use your own initiative and acts independently within the bounds of your existing knowledge and skills. You will demonstrates sound judgment in assessing the emotional and physical care of the patient in a patient centred way. Act as deputy to the SCN in the running of the ward and providing leadership, support and education to junior staff.
