Fixed Term for 18 months.

We are looking for a confident and highly organised individual to join the Primary & Preventative Care Service supporting the Community Treatment and Care (CTAC).

You will provide professional administration support to the Lead Nurse and Team Leads for CTAC and other members of the team as required as they roll out the CTAC Treatment Room and Phlebotomy Service, Fife wide.  Skills and competencies associated with previous experience to a high level within a secretarial post are essential. You will also provide a comprehensive administrative service at designated local and Fife wide meetings which will include minute taking.  Advanced skills in preparing reports and presentations will be required as will managing meetings via Microsoft Office Teams.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to use your own initiative and work as part of a wider team are essential.  The aptitude to work to strict deadlines, under pressure with minimal supervision is also required.  

You should be education to HNC level or have equivalent experience.  Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office 365 packages is essential.  Experience gained in a health or social care setting would be advantageous.
