Full time (37.5 hours per week)

1 x Permanent post - Hospital at Home and Frailty programmes

1 x Fixed term contract/Secondment to March 2024 - Improving Service Models of Dementia Diagnosis programme

An exciting opportunity exists for proactive, experienced and confident individuals to join the Community Care and Dementia Portfolio, which is part of Healthcare Improvement Scotland’s Improvement Hub (ihub).

The Community Care and Dementia Portfolio develops and delivers a range of improvement programmes focused on supporting our health and social care partners to deliver improved health and wellbeing outcomes for people in Scotland.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead, manage and develop implementation and improvement programmes. Programmes will be innovative and complex and will focus on developing, testing and spreading a range of approaches to drive safe, effective and person centred improvements in care.

The successful candidates will be expected to have a strong understanding of improvement methodologies that can be applied in different contexts. They should have experience of successfully engaging and collaborating with diverse groups of stakeholders in the development and delivery of improvement initiatives or service re-design. Successful candidates will have excellent leadership, communication, analytical and programme management skills.
