Applications are invited to join our growing team in this new role. NHS Tayside Audiology & Balance Service is a forward thinking and evolving service and this is the opportunity for a passionate and suitably qualified audiologist to join the team and lead the Adult Rehabilitation element of the service.
Your role will include clinical management and coordination of the Adult Rehabilitative Service, collaboration with the management team service wide, providing support to the education and training of junior staff and students and to play an integral part in the future development of the service overall.
The successful candidate will be a leader and a role model, with excellent organisation and communication skills, extensive clinical experience and a proven track record of effective leadership skills. We are looking for someone who is capable of working under their own initiative, able to multi task and manage a demanding workload.
The post holder will ideally have significant experience in management including performance management, service development and an emphasis on quality assurance.
Hours of work are: 37.5 hours per week worked over 4 days.

You must have the appropriate qualifications for the band you are applying for (BSc in Audiology or equivalence)
RCCP registration preferred.
