FIXED TERM / SECONDMENT FOR A PERIOD OF TEN MONTHS DUE TO FUNDING
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Nursing Directorate and we are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join the Practice Development Unit as an Excellence in Care/Safe Staffing Nurse.
This exciting post is part of a small team who have responsibility to support the roll out of Excellence in Care and Safe Staffing in NHS Forth Valley. The role will be a challenging one and demands energetic, committed and knowledgeable practitioners who can provide support in improvement methodology and workforce tools.
We are seeking applications from first level nurses/midwives, who can demonstrate experience in improvement and or the use of the workload tools. This post requires a high level of interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work flexibly as the service and situation requires.
