We require a friendly and self motivated individual to join our dedicated team of Porters based at Stratheden Hospital for an 18 months Fixed Term contract.
You must hold a current full clean UK driving licence including category C1 and D1 as you will be required to undertake a range of driving duties. You will also be reliable and flexible. The ability to work alone or as part of a team is essential for the delivery of a portering service to the patients, staff and visitors within North East Fife. Hours will mainly be worked between 7am and Midnight. This post will involve working evenings and also weekends.
Flexibility is essential as you may be required to work at short notice to cover sickness and annual leave, there will be a requirement to cover other sites within North East Fife when required.
A requirement of this post is to become a member of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme Prior to appointment.
Please note the salary scale for this post is pro rata for part time hours.
