As a member of the Human Resources Support and Advice Unit (HRSAU) you will provide responsive, professional and high quality, customer-focussed Human Resources transactional services to managers and staff across NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde. You will also be responsible for the provision of services across a range of areas including maternity, adoption, paternity, work life balance, retirement, terms and conditions of service.
You will support the HR Support and Advice Unit to ensure a consistent approach to the management of all transactional Human Resources activities and support the document storage system through appropriate scanning and logging of all relevant documents.
You will support the implementation, promotion and maintenance of the Human Resources website, signposting stakeholders to the website and supporting the Operational Lead to update and maintain the site as required. You will provide administrative support to the HR Support and Advice Unit across a range of Human Resources activities including ER casework and organisational change and redesign. It is essential you have a CPP (Certificate in Personnel Practice) or relevant experience in Human Resources environment and have good IT skills, excellent keyboard skills and knowledge of the full MS Office suite. The hours of this post are worked Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm.
