We are looking for Band 5 Staff Nurses to join our established team at Broadford Hospital, Broadford, Isle of Skye. You will be joining us at an exciting time as we move into our new hospital building. Broadford hospital has an acute ward, a busy Emergency Department and Out Patient Clinics. We also provide chemotherapy and renal dialysis services.
We have full or part time posts available in our acute ward and emergency department.
In our emergency department you would work closely with our Rural Practitioners and Advanced Nurse Practitioners. The department is the first port of call for any emergencies for Skye and the surrounding area. Our new department has 2 state of the art resuscitation rooms.
Our ward is a mixed medical ward with a wide variety of patients; trauma, medical emergencies, patients requiring rehabilitation or respite and palliative care patients.
We work closely with our sister hospital in Portree. There will be an opportunity for you to work in both hospital sites.
