We are looking for an experienced Catering/Facilities Officer to provide a comprehensive administrative service to the Catering/ Facilities Management Team at the Vale of Leven Hospital.    The successful applicant will have good organisational and interpersonal skills with a minimum of three standard grades or equivalent and one year’s experience in an administrative role or similar post, preferably in a hospital.  You should be flexible and be able to work on your own initiative.  Proven skills in MS Office are essential, with recent experience of Word, Excel and MS Outlook being an advantage.
