An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for Band 6 registered nurses to work as part of the Perth and Kinross Community Clinical Nurses Specialist team delivering specialist palliative care to patients in the community.
Applicants should be first level nurses with extensive post registration clinical experience and educated to degree level within a relevant field of practice. Applicants must also provide evidence of ongoing personal and professional development.
This is an exciting opportunity to continue initiatives for patients with complex palliative needs throughout Perth and Kinross.
Applicants must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the NMC.

Hours of work are: 37.5/22.5 hours per week
