Work Pattern: Fixed-term, Part Time, 30 hours per week.
Salary: Band 6 (£33,072 - £40,736 per annum pro rata)

NHS Education for Scotland (NES) is the national health board with statutory responsibilities to effect sustainable change through workforce development, education and training across the health and social care system in Scotland, while working at UK level with partner organisations.
NES Technology Service has created a strategic programme for the transformation of digital based services to allow NES to become a leading digital organisation in Scottish Health, digital by default and fully aligned with the Scottish Government’s technology strategies.

The Opportunity
We are looking for an eLearning Technologist (Analyst Business Partner) to join our small, but highly talented and growing team to collaborate and problem-solve some of the most complex challenges related to the provision of eLearning resources in health and social care.

Working within the eLearning team you will have the opportunity to create, adapt and influence eLearning that will directly inform the development and delivery of learning resources for health and care professionals.

- Proven experience as a problem solver
- A clear understanding of instructional design
- Ability to confidently lead and facilitate conversations with a range of stakeholders about the creation of eLearning
- Highly experienced in creating eLearning using a range of authoring tools
- Ability to collaboratively work with different teams to achieve solutions to their eLearning needs
- Ability to work on own initiative, to organise and prioritise workload and to meet strict deadlines
