Job Advert
NHS Highland is seeking an experienced web manager to manage, maintain and develop our website and intranet. This is an exciting opportunity to help develop a site which uses the latest technology to improve patient experience.
Responsible for engaging with internal and external users, coordinating content, and supporting devolved editing, you will ensure the site remains accurate, engaging and user-friendly while meeting quality standards, including accessibility standards. You will monitor use of the site and use this to promote continuous improvement.
The post holder has overall responsibility for the technical delivery and development of both website and intranet services, supporting digital platforms which enable collaborative and innovative methods of working. There are also opportunities to support the organisation's social media content.
This is a unique opportunity to join an organisation committed to forging new ways of working, across a remote and rural geography. The role is hybrid: homeworking with occasional attendance in Inverness. Enjoy Scotland's fastest-growing city and the stunning outdoor lifestyle available in the Highlands, while working with a small and friendly team.
Gaelic speakers would be especially welcome in this role.
