We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced programme manager to join Perth & Kinross HSCP Urgent Care team, to lead and facilitate key aspects of implementation of urgent care improvement and development. 

With a focus on Urgent Care, you will take a leadership role in developing the Urgent Care Service including Hospital at Home and the ANP Service.

The Hospital at Home service is under development as part of a National Project and the HSCP strategic direction and will form part of our Integrated Community Service Response to the people of Perth and Kinross

We are looking for an individual with experience of managing and leading change in a health setting to support Urgent Care in Perth & Kinross.  You will work closely and effectively with the clinical and multidisciplinary health and social care teams and the wider community to develop the new urgent care model, which ensure we deliver effective and efficient services which support HSCP strategic plans.


You will have a track record in delivering successful projects and supporting organisational change; influencing, building, and sustaining relationships in order to achieve results.


Communication skills, written and oral, must be highly developed, together with the ability to quickly establish trust and credibility.

Hours of work are: 37.5 hours per week
