An exciting opportunity has arisen for a nursing leader to work as part of the NHS Tayside Electronic Patient Observation (eObs) & Clinical Assessment System project team.
The post holder will report to the Senior Nurse and support the development, delivery and management of the implementation and maintenance of the clinical aspects of Electronic Patient Observation (eObs) & Clinical Assessment System. The post holder will also support the ongoing development and evaluation of Electronic Patient Observation (eObs) & Clinical Assessment System.
The post holder will project manage the delivery and roll out of Electronic Patient Observation (eObs) & Clinical Assessment System across NHS Tayside hospitals including:
- As an expert resource to the Nursing and Midwifery the postholder will lead and coordinate on key developments related to this initiative in the Nursing and Midwifery Directorate.
- To champion drive and embed work integral to the business of the Nursing and Midwifery Directorate and related partner organisations.
- To work in partnership with a wide range of clinicians, managers and non NHS partners to ensure full engagement in the project objectives
- To lead on this designated project for the Nursing and Midwifery Directorate.
Candidates will be able to evidence their ability to provide clinical leadership which inspires and motivates others, empowering teams to work towards effective, safe and person centered care.
Applicants should be registered on either Part 1 or Part 12 of the NMC Register and have previous experience in a management position. You will be educated to degree level demonstrating an understanding of quality improvement and service development with a proven track record of managing people and evidence of improving care for patients.
Hours per week 37.5
