An exciting opportunity has arisen within Renfrewshire HSCP for the right candidate to take up the post of Clinical Team Lead for District Nursing to provide Clinical Leadership and Operational management for the district nursing team, including community teams and Out of Hours Nursing. The post holder will support the District Nurse Service Manager –in managing the effective deployment of nursing resource within the teams and support clinical functions such as caseload management and supervision; personal development planning, reflecting knowledge and skills framework and the front-line monitoring of implementation of key policy documents. He/she will support effective communications, both internally and externally to the team and also support partnership with the local authority. Promoting continual development of Primary/Secondary interface working is a key function of this role. The post-holder will work flexibly in terms of location to develop and support other areas of team working within the DN service.
