An exciting opportunity has become available for a Mental Health Support Worker in Lochaber Community Mental Health Team.
You will provide support to individuals experiencing moderate to severe mental health problems and who are on the caseload of the trained staff within the team.
You will work to a specific plan of care for each individual and assist service users by contributing to initiating, developing and reviewing the care plan, including initiation and review of activities and programmes of care for those individuals in collaboration with them.
You will work within a recovery model, utilising a person centred approach in order to work towards maximising independence for all service users.
