This position is to support the work of the Financial Management function of the NHS Borders Finance Directorate.
A key member of a team providing a high quality, reliable and effective financial and management accounting service to the department and budget holders within NHS Border to ensure that income and expenditure is correctly monitored and reported on and that the Board achieves its statutory financial targets.
The post is being recruited on a generic finance directorate job description and the appointed candidate will support, when required, across all functions within our busy Finance Team, therefore a flexible approach, good keyboard skills and the ability to work to strict deadlines are key skills required.
