This is a full-time permanent post.
The post forms part of the business support team and provides comprehensive administrative and secretarial service to the Alcohol and Drug Recovery Services (ADRS), Care and Treatment multi-disciplinary team in the NE HSCP area.
It is essential the potholder is a proficient typist with excellent organisation and communication skills with the ability to relate to a wide range of disciplines. The post holder will be required to process referrals and enquiries on a daily basis utilising multi systems such as EMIS, Carefirst, DAISy, Microsoft Word, Excel and also support the generic functions and duties administered within the wider ADRS Business Support section as required.
The role includes the requirement to complete a multi range of tasks which includes telephone answering, reception duties, processing referrals updating DIASy system, printing and checking prescriptions working as part of a team.
