An exciting opportunity has arisen for a registered practitioner (nurse or allied health professional) to provide clinical and professional leadership to the resuscitation department covering NHS Fife/H&SCP. You will support resuscitation officers in training and education of all staff disciplines, ensuring they meet all educational and clinical competency requirements to carry out their role in a safe and secure manner.
You will provide professional and clinical advice to the organisation on resuscitation and the deteriorating patient practices, ensuring the highest standards of care and treatments are delivered to staff, service users and their families.
You will lead on the continued development of resuscitation practices across NHS Fife and you will ensure continued quality and governance structures, provide support and ensure ongoing continuing professional development of Resuscitation Officers and staff.
You will be an experienced and competent Resuscitation Officer with proven leadership skills. You will hold professional registration and be educated to Post Graduate level with potential to work towards doctoral level study, hold Resuscitation Council (UK) Advanced Life Support Instruction and recognised accredited NMC/HCPC Recordable Teaching Qualification and have demonstrable evidence of ongoing continuing professional development.
