Distant Island Allowance of £1,971 per annum

A Relocation Assistance of up to £8000 available


An opportunity has arisen to recruit an inspiring and innovative CPN Team Leader for our Community Mental Health Team. This is an exciting time in Shetland to be part of the Health and Social Care Partnership as we continue to develop and configure our Community Mental Health Services to meet current and future needs. The post holder must be 1st level Registered Mental Health Nurse with experience in staff management. Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant post registration experience and evidence of continuous professional development. A Management and Leadership qualification is desirable or a willingness to work towards same. Candidates are expected to demonstrate their ability to work effectively within a multi-agency environment and think creatively and flexibly around delivery of Mental Health Nursing services. A desire and commitment to be part of NHS Shetland is essential and be committed to delivering high quality, evidence based, person centered care to the population. You will be responsible for the day to day delivery of the CPN Service 7 days a week and its accessibility to those who need it.
