This is an opportunity for a motivated Speech and Language Therapist to join our Elgin based team, providing a service to the population of Moray in North-East Scotland.
Although this is a full time post, NHS Grampian operates flexible working policies and part time may also be considered.
You will work within the team of two other Speech and Language therapists across various clinical settings and with a full and varied adult acquired caseload including ENT.
The SLT Dept is based in a modern community healthcare facility and provides a fully integrated, equitable, needs led service across all settings in Moray. This provides an interesting opportunity to work across all stages of the patient pathway- acute and community.
Moray has a District General Hospital, 5 Community Hospitals and numerous community settings.
Speech and Language Therapists in Moray are supported by:
· Excellent secretarial/admin support
· Regular staff meetings
· A commitment to continuing professional development
Post-graduate qualification and experience in management of dysphagia is essential.
