We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Secretary for Management Team at University Hospital Monklands.
The post holder will provide an effective, efficient and comprehensive service to the Senior Manager incorporating a range of secretarial and administrative duties including the use of audio/copy typing and word processing to produce correspondence and reports to facilitate the smooth and effective running of the department. You will manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and telephone calls by prioritising incoming mail and initiating the action required to ensure relevant and timely responses, dealing appropriately with sensitive issues whilst ensuring confidentiality.
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO DO THE JOB
Self-motivated person with excellent communication and organisational skills.
Experience in a secretarial position
Good knowledge of Microsoft packages and accurate keyboard skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to liaise with staff at all levels
Ability to work under pressure.
