Working as a Call Operator for NHS 24 as part of the Variation Tracker team requires excellent communication and team working skills. Each call operator is required to be competent in completing various checks of the SAP system. This ensures all calls are completed properly and sent to partner health boards within timeframe to allowing for an excellent and safe patient journey.
Someone who is focused, professional, and are enthusiastic and committed to fully undertaking this opportunity. You have the ability to follow instruction and adhere to processes whilst communicating clearly with colleagues and highlighting any concerns within a timely manner.
