Applications are invited for the role of Personal Assistant to join the administration support team for senior management within Primary & Preventative Care services of the Health & Social Care Partnership.
The principal responsibilities of the role are to provide a full range of administrative, technological and secretarial support to the CSM, including diary management. Providing a high level of patient focused administration and secretarial services, the successful applicant will be part of a team that are passionate about the service they provide and should ensure the smooth day to day running of the office and teams within the functional units of the Service.
To perform this role effectively, it will be vital that the successful candidate has demonstrable experience of excellent communication skills, an aptitude for technology, as well as administrative / secretarial and organisational skills. Previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including excel, digital dictation, and of managing own workload without close supervision are also essential to this role; knowledge of medical terminology would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will be able to plan effectively, assist the CSM to manage their diary and commitments, as well as supporting the wider team with administrative tasks, taking forward changes and developments within the administrative role and able to gather, report and develop information from database when required.
