Full Time – 37.5 Hours per Week
Salary Scale: £26,104 - £32,915
This post provides an exciting opportunity for an experienced or newly qualified RNLD to join the multi-professional Community Learning Disability Team. The post holder will provide a specialist, person centred service to children and adults in order to reduce the health inequalities faced by those with a learning disability.
The post requires an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills and an ability to work both jointly and independently within the team. The post holder will carry out nursing assessments in order to plan, implement, asses and evaluate care needs, including both physical and mental health. The post holder will work directly with patients, families/carers and a variety of services including social work, education, support services and third sector organisations.
