An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join NHS Lothian’s Management of Aggression Education & Training Team.
The main purpose of this post is to ensure that the development and delivery of management of aggression education and training is purposeful, and client centred, targeted at identified need and educationally effective as part of the wider organisational development plan in support of local and national service objectives. You will provide both classroom teaching and specialist service specific training in the management of violence and aggression.
The post holder will also have a role in the co-ordination of all aspects of aggression and violence management, local procedure development, risk assessment, legal & ethical issues, safe handling, and measures for managing specific individuals.
