We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Improvement Manager to join our team at University Hospital Wishaw
The post holder will lead the development and delivery of improvement programmes to support service transformation through delivery of a range of high impact changes with a specific focus on improving patient flow. The Service Improvement Manager will also work to develop local capability to ensure sustainable service improvement longer term. This is a generic role which will be allocated to lead specific improvement programmes as required. The post-holder will be required to work closely with a large number of different services to facilitate improvements in both patient flow and the quality of patient journeys.
