An exciting opportunity has arisen for a maternity healthcare support worker to join Aberdeen City Community team and also work alongside Team Violet.
We are seeking a highly motivated, flexible and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The post holder will be able to work on their own initiative and as part of team in a community based setting.

 As a member of the team you will support midwives to provide safe, effective and high quality clinical care for service users and their families. Future development opportunities will be actively encouraged and supported.

If the successful candidate is a Band 3 they will be expected to undertake education to become Band 4 level. This will be facilitated by NHS Grampian.

The post holder will be required to be flexible within the working week and weekends 7.5 hour shift basis. Potentially available for on call during weekday/nights and weekends.

Driving license and access to a car is ESSENTIAL to this post.
