​​​​​​​The postholder will provide a quality secretarial and administrative service to members of the Senior Management Team of Renfrewshire HSCP. 

This support will include acting as a first point of contact for Head(s) of Service, dealing with telephone and face-to-face enquiries from a range of internal and external sources and undertaking a range of administrative and secretarial duties, including extensive diary and inbox management, typing and drafting of complex reports and correspondence, letters and minutes, as well as entering of data onto various IT systems and supporting the logging and progress chasing of outstanding actions etc. 

The postholder will also support ad hoc and topic based work as identified by the Business Support Manager.  

Experience of working within the public sector in a similar busy and challenging environment would be advantageous.

Pattern of hybrid approach split between office base and remote working to be discussed at interview.
