UROLOGY DEPARTMENT

 

MEDICAL SECRETARY – BAND 4

 

Full Time / Permanent

 

Salary Scale £22,152 - £24,258 per annum

 

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self motivated individual to join our team to provide a comprehensive secretarial and administrative service to the Urology Department at Raigmore Hospital.

 

You should have proven experience with working in an office background, possess excellent communication, organisational and problem solving skills.  You should be a competent audio typist with medical terminology an advantage.

 

The successful candidate will have the ability to work within a team environment as well as individually and you will be required to act on your own initiative when dealing with day to day issues.  It essential that candidate’s are experienced and competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel.

 

The ability to work well under pressure and the flexible approach to the needs of the department are essential
