This is a great opportunity to be part of a supportive and friendly administration team in Psychological Services which is a service that has a strong focus on staff well-being.
The post holder will provide comprehensive business support and confidential PA and secretarial support to the Heads of Specialities in a professional, effective and efficient manner. The post holder will be required to demonstrate a high level of initiative, setting up systems, organising and prioritising often competing and conflicting demands. There is a broad range of work, frequently non-routine, in a variety of environments.
You should have good communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work under your own initiative and work well as part of a team. Excellent keyboard skills, experience of common software packages and an ability to prioritise work are also required.
