Would you like to be part of the continuing transformation of vaccination services and Community Care and Treatment Centres (CTAC) in Aberdeen City Health & Social Care Partnership (ACHSCP)? Do you have clinical nursing leadership experience with expert practical knowledge of delivery of vaccinations?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior nurse position as Vaccination/CTAC Lead Nurse supporting vaccination delivery and implementation of CTAC services across Aberdeen City.
Hours of work will be 37.5 per week, variable shifts and may include weekend working.
The post holder will work collaboratively with Vaccination and CTAC program leads, team leaders to provide expert clinical, professional nursing leadership by ensuring robust systems, policies, procedures, professional guidance, standards, and training and education strategies are in place.
In addition the post holder will provide appropriate professional nursing advice, guidance and leadership to inform decision making, planning, strategic and risk management and maintain expertise in clinical nursing practice, acting as hands on clinical expert in the field where appropriate.
Applicants will be an NMC Registered Nurse, with evidence of ongoing professional development to Masters level or working towards Masters Degree. Possess V300, Independent Prescriber certificate or willingness to undertake. Recent experience working in a clinical leadership role and have the ability to work autonomously.
