We are looking for an individual with strong leadership abilities to drive forward the work of the West Lothian Alcohol and Drugs Partnership (ADP).  You will be involved in leading and developing strategies, action plans and performance management approaches to support the work of the ADP.  You will support senior managers and stakeholders with the delivery of continuous improvement in relation to drug and alcohol services and supports in West Lothian. 

You will have a broad remit, managing a programme of improvement activities specifically linked to transformation of services across the West Lothian Health and Social Care Partnership and the ADP.  You will be responsible for interpreting government policy, developing plans to support implementation and will focus on improving local outcomes for service users.  The role brings variety and involves undertaking detailed analysis, the production of performance reports to inform business planning, and monitoring all services commissioned by the ADP. 

This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/ record. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (i.e. child and/or adult) then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post.
