An exciting opportunity has arisen for an administration / secretarial assistant to work closely with the Senior Charge nurse within wards 5D and ward 3B. You will be based within the departments as a degree of flexibility will be required. You would provide administrative support to the SCN.
Duties will include general office work including absence management support, letter writing, filing, organising meetings, rostering input, annual leave management, audit input, development and management of databases, planning of staff training and other duties as indicated by the SCN.
Previous experience in Healthcare is desirable but not essential.
Hours: 30 hours per week split over two areas, pattern to be agreed with SCN’s
