The NHS Grampian Operational HR Team focuses not only on the provision of professional HR advice, but also in supporting line managers to deliver change, improve attendance and manage and develop performance.
We are looking to strengthen our Team by appointing an Assistant Human Resources Manager on a permanent basis. The vacancy is full time (37.5 hrs) but applications would be considered from those wishing to work less than full time.
The successful candidates will act as the expert in dealing with day-to-day delivery of HR professional advice and guidance to all service areas of NHS Grampian.
Applicants will be educated to degree level, or have equivalent experience, and will be Chartered MCIPD, or working towards this. In addition, applicants will have the ability to work across boundaries and with multi-disciplinary teams. Comfortable with ambiguity applicants should be able to evidence a range of generalist HR Operational experience.
