Do you want to work within an exceptional intra-disciplinary service? Do you have a passion for neurorehabilitation and enablement? Do you enjoy working in a collaborative and innovative way with your multidisciplinary colleagues? Are you an experienced HCPC registered speech and language therapist equipped to work in an advanced role within a community setting? The ideal candidate must have experience of working with clients who have long term or rapidly deteriorating conditions, preferably with community experience. You should have knowledge and skills to support clients with significant communication difficulties and/or dysphagia.
You will have experience of supporting colleagues and providing supervision.
The post is based in the NW of Glasgow City and provides a service to MDTs within NW Glasgow city as well as other HSCP areas.
Glasgow is a vibrant Scottish city offering an extensive range of internationally recognised amenities with wild mountain and open water environs accessible within 30 minutes from the city as well as excellent transport links. The post supports blended working with good access to IT equipment and support.
