Aberdeen City Health & Social Care Partnership are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic GP to work with us as a Cluster Quality Lead across the North Locality. This important post will provide a continuous quality leadership role within the cluster as well as working closely with the Clinical Leads and Primary Care Team to improve the quality of services provided.
The CQL role is at an early stage of development and guidance is available within the national framework for Quality and GP Clusters. Support and guidance will also be available from other CQL Leads and national organisations supporting GP cluster group work such as Health Improvement Scotland, NHS Education Scotland, Scottish School of Primary Care and RCGP.
This is an excellent opportunity for GPs interested in developing their skills in a clinical leadership position. The successful candidate will be joining a strong, supportive and well established team of clinical leads working in a variety of key roles with the City Health and Social Care Partnership. Band 3 Administrative staff time of 5 hours per month will be allocated to the successful candidates Practice to arrange Agenda and Minute of CQL meetings.
