​​​​​​​We are recruiting a Contracts Officer, within the Commissioning, Contracts and Compliance Team, which is part of the Adult Social Care Directorate.

​​​​​​​The successful candidate will be working as part of a small team to undertake a range of activities to support the commissioning of adult social care services across north Highland. These activities include supplier relationship management; supplier performance and market analysis; report, contract and specification drafting; contractual advice; options appraisal; project work and procurement.

The nominal base for this post is Larch House, Inverness and NHS Highland offers hybrid working with a mix of office and home based working.  It is anticipated that this post will predominantly be home based, at least initially.
