An exciting opportunity has arisen for a project manager to join our team within the Planning, Innovation and Programmes Directorate, NHS Grampian to support the development and implementation of a robust Performance, Governance and Assurance Framework for NHS Grampian.
You will ensure that tasks and work streams across the different phases identified in the project plan are actively managed on a day to day basis to achieve the required objectives and its key deliverables.
You will play a central role in maintaining the flow of information, managing and coordinating activities across a wide range of stakeholders. This will require a high degree of planning and organisation, therefore utilising excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills to foster relationships at different levels in the organisation will be essential to ensure the requirements of the Framework are met within agreed timelines.
In addition to your project management skills, you will possess a high level of proficiency in IT i.e. MS Office packages including MS Teams, SharePoint and capable of compiling analytical data into presentation reporting formats.
This post has the flexibility to adopt a hybrid working arrangement between office-based in Aberdeen at Summerfield House or working from home. The post holder will report to the Performance Assurance Programme Lead. This post is open to secondment or a temporary fixed term period of 11 months.
