We have an exciting full-time opportunity for a Generic Assistant Practitioner for Rehabilitation to work in Coatbridge Rehabilitation Team. The Assistant Practioner will work within this integrated team under the supervision of Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy staff to assist patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals.

The successful applicant will possess formal qualification at HNC Level or equivalent level of experience in a health/education /social care environment, as well as short specialist courses relevant to a specific clinical area. The post holder should show awareness of health legislation relevant to the clinical area.​​​and knowledge of the Therapeutic process, techniques, and/or activities relevant to the client group. The ability to apply a range of technical and practical rehabilitation skills.Effective listening, communication, and interpersonal skills. Time management, planning, and organisational skills. Working knowledge of basic information technology, also the ability to work individually, and as part of a team to learn and develop new skills and maintain a record of learning. A valid UK driving licence holder will be essential for this position.
