We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Application Support Analyst to join our eHealth Trak Care Team department at Kirklands - NHSL Headquarters
The post holder will provide application support for key eHealth based systems within NHS Lanarkshire; predominantly the TrakCare and Patientrack systems.
The work of the post holder will be directed by the direct line manager of the team and will be responsible for day to day maintenance of eHealth systems, to troubleshoot technical problems and for the development of new functionality within the patient management system, TrakCare. The successful candidate will provide advice and support to the users who use a service supported by eHealth.
The post holder will provide a point of contact for eHealth for service related matters.
