We are looking to permanently recruit to a Band 5 Data Coordinator for the Aberdeenshire Immunisations team.
The ideal candidate must be flexible and have excellent keyboard skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office; especially excel and Email.
The successful candidate should have a good knowledge of NHS policies and procedures, be able to work with minimal supervision.
Essential skills should include using NHS systems for the extraction of data i.e. NVSS, Vaccination Dashboard, Vaccine Management tool etc. Able to demonstrate extracting data and presenting this in a way that is easily digested.
Applicants must have good time management, able to work under pressure and should be an active team player.
Able to use own initiative and work with little supervision.
They need to have an open, friendly manner with excellent communication skills.
They must also be willing to undertake additional training to enable them to work across the whole vaccination programme as it evolves.
This is a full time role, working predominantly from home but there may be requirements to travel for meetings or to visit locations across NHS Grampian.
Hours of work would be Monday to Friday 0830-1630.
