Glasgow City HSCP is seeking to recruit a high calibre Senior Business Support Assistant to support two members of our Senior Management Team.

You must:

  • show competence in the use of a range of computer packages evidenced by experience or formal qualification e.g. ECDL.
  • have knowledge of working in an office environment and of operation of office equipment and systems. This may be through formal training or work experience

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced administrator who is a team player with a flexible approach to their work. The role will appeal to an enthusiastic self-starter who can demonstrate a track record of delivering first class admin support at senior manager level ideally in a large and complex organization.
The ability to appropriately prioritise and manage a busy and varied workload is a pre requisite for the job.

Your responsibilities will vary, however you should expect your day to day duties to include diary management, meeting coordination, minute taking and to act as the first point of contact for all enquiries received by telephone, mail or in person. Diplomacy, discretion and the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels and professions both internally and externally to the organisation are essential qualities for this post.
