An exciting opportunity has arisen for highly motivated, enthusiastic, suitably qualified and experienced registered nurse to join the Forth Valley Interim Care Team. This is a new and evolving service and is a unique opportunity to join our team at its inception and develop and grow your career with us.

The post holder will be committed to the development of an effective, flexible; person centred Care Team. This will be achieved through your ongoing professional development as well as that of the team.

As part of a multidisciplinary team the post holder will have responsibility for assessment of care needs, evaluation of care plans and ensuring the delivery of high quality care to patients.

The post holder will have responsibility and accountability for maintaining both clinical and staff governance.

Excellent time management skills as well as the ability to effectively prioritise the care teams workload are essential requirements. This will enable patients to remain as independent as possible in their own homes.

Experience of providing clinical supervision and evaluation of Health Care Support Workers and other support staff is required.

The post holder will have a full induction and orientation programme as well as ongoing support to assist in continued professional development.

The post holder will be required to work over 7 days per week

Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post. Please note service delivery is Forth Valley Wide.
