Scheduled Care Co-ordinator Vacancy – Call Taking Only

We are currently seeking Scheduled Care Co-ordinators who are adaptable and patient focused to work within our Ambulance Control Centres in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Inverness as part of our busy Scheduled Care Team.  As part of this dynamic role, you will require proven experience of working in a fast paced environment, the ability to communicate whilst demonstrating excellent customer care and communication skills.  Your attention to detail and ability to work as a team player is essential whilst being able to apply sensitivity, understanding and discretion.

These posts are full time, 37.5 hours over seven days and are relief positions.   As a relief member of staff unsocial working hours will be required
