A vacancy has arisen for a Band 6 Deputy Charge Nurse/Clinical Nurse Specialist to work within the Rheumatology Day Ward/Outpatient Department. The successful applicant will have command of a specific expert knowledge base and clinical competence, is able to make complex clinical decisions using specialised clinical judgement. Will work within the nursing and multiprofessional team to ensure a high standard of care to a defined patient group.
Competently perform the necessary technical/invasive/physical aspects of care for this defined patient group. Also, to fulfil duties as Deputy Charge
Nurse. First Level Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years post registration experience. · 2 years relevant Rheumatology experience and
appropriate post registration, degree level qualification. · Ability to fulfil criteria outlined in the job description.
