Following the promotion of current postholders, an exciting opportunity has arisen for three Clinical Nurse Managers to join the team at the Western General Hospital. There is a post available in each of Surgery, Medicine and Cancer Services.
The Western General Hospital provides a comprehensive range of general and specialist services. With a complement of circa 650 beds, postholders will perform key roles within the Edinburgh Cancer Centre, Urology and Colorectal Units and Medicine Directorate (which includes Infectious Diseases and Acute Medicine).
These are varied and challenging roles which provide a genuine opportunity to make a positive difference to both staff and patients.
This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/ record. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (i.e. child and/or adult) then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post.
