Effective delivery of digital programmes contributes to NHS Fife’s mission to transform health and care, to be the best and exhibit the values of safety first, care and compassion, excellence and fairness and transparency.
This post holder will lead in change management and benefits identification and realisation of digital solutions to support ongoing transformational change within NHS Fife.
The Change and Benefits Manager will work closely with Programme Managers to define and produce Programme benefits management strategies and ensure cross-programme benefits are maximised.
The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that solutions implemented are maximised and adopted by services whilst supporting staff through change. Establishing positive working relationships with staff and stakeholders throughout NHS Fife will be essential to deliver change initiatives to achieve maximise benefits and positives outcomes.
NHS Fife is ambitious in developing its Digital and Information Strategy 2019-2024 to support organisational change and modernise service delivery through digital for the benefit of staff, patients, carers and the public. This post will act as an exemplary advocate of this agenda.
You must be able to travel throughout Fife and across Scotland as required.
