The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Service Delivery Manager (Department Manager Job Description) to take a lead role in the delivery of our services, projects and products and management of our delivery teams building the data and analytical solutions.
Key responsibilities include
- Assessing, scoping and estimating demand
- Stakeholder engagement and management
- Leading delivery of projects, work packages and business as usual services
- Ownership of processes and standards that support delivery of our services
- Pro-actively contributing to service improvement and strategy
- Line management of team members

Location and working pattern
Edinburgh/Glasgow
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours - hybrid working options available
